Didn't really have the part I needed but they were nice enough to recommend another place which was way in town.

They answered the phone, confirmed they had a part I needed and when I got there I requested the part at the front desk and was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes with what I needed. It's as simple as that. Thank you!
These guys are always kind and helpful. They almost always have what I need in stock. And they have always answered any questions I have about my moped. Great guys. Would definitely recommend to anyone that owns a moped in the area.
Bryan the mechanic very professional service... Got my moped fixed right away and it was a pleasure getting my moped fixed by Bryan.
I have received quality service for my moped at honest & competitive prices at Glenn's Cycle Supply! I have called the store to compare prices with other shops in the area & they are typically the best, also were able to give me a better ballpark price over the phone. I have even called to ask for advice with problems I was having with my moped at the time, always received friendly guidance from the staff. They have provided me with quick service, as I had been able to drop my moped off before work & pick it up by the end of the day for very short notice repairs. If they don't have the parts, they are always (in my experience) willing to order it to be able to service my moped. My moped was a Chinese brand (very common & cheap for local college students to have) which they were not the most familiar with, as I was told they are more knowledge with Japanese & American brands, but nonetheless did fantastic work. I've had another shop close by work on it & had to take it back the very next day with what ended up being a continuing problem until I ended up at Glenn's.
Fast, friendly, quality service with a smile. If they cant fix it, they will tell you who can
I took my bike in since it was leaking. A day passes and they say they sealed it up and it'll be 100. Okay, that's fine. I take the bike, ride it to college the very next day, and what do ya know it's leaking again. So I bring it back in, they tell me the oil tank now needs to be completely replaced and that I should take it to a different mechanic. One catch, not only did they not reimburse me for the faulty service, they completely forgot who I was it seems even though the time frame between getting the seal job done and it breaking had been a day. 100 down the drain. If that weren't bad enough, for whatever reason my bike's idle was messed with and it came back with scratches all over the sides. They probably moved it poorly. They're kind people from what I can tell, but they will not have my business again.
Their service and prices are great!!
