It seems that this project was under construction for past 3 to 4 years and got completed in the beginning of 2019. Has anyone started getting any rental income as promised by the builders.? Or is it a bogus advertisement or promotion with wrong promise to cheat the customers? Existing customers please comment to get a clear understanding. Thanks in advance
