Horrible place. It pains to see how these people operate. They give absolutely no value to their clients time. They sit and gossip sipping coffee while the clients wait and wait for them to turn up. I can't understand how these people, who eat public money, can take the very people who feed them for granted. The eSeva kendra is yet another sad story. The girl there made me wait while she took a trip to see her pal. Despite the ministers boastful pronouncements of great digital services, the place is really a huge dump yard of dusty old files.

In enquiry person not friendly and didn't give clear information about our request. But I have visited Inringalakuda RTO it's good response.I am not compare but different attitude may be officer's . This office not individual friendly only agent friendly.

A disorganised office. Staff is not ready to share any info. Surrounded by so many shops offering brokerage for services. It is next to impossible to get any service without taking help of the brokers. Brokers are not doing any great thing. We can do all services online by our own but for lack of info. Do medical from eye specialist who will do both general and eye for a small fee.
