I had my first ever facial at Caci Clinic Hamilton East and it was absolutely marvelous, I have to admit I was nervous because I've never ever done anything like this before, however the beauty therapist Ashleigh that I had was so nice polite and respectful to my needs and I'm so please to say I'm definitely going back so thank you Ashleigh and all the beautiful ladies that where there.

Had Botox done...after paying over 2000 Impressed with Botox - looks great! also paid over 2000 for fillers, however I told them what I wanted done, around my mouth. Nurse put some in my cheeks , no change to the area I wanted... now I have lumps and bumps u can see them and feel them, spoke to nurse but nothing she can do as it’s normal???? Dissatisfied to say the least, so unhappy with the results and lack of service! Recently sent an email to Consumer Protection re this disgraceful company, as you can see by their reply they are now making it look like they wanted to see me for an appt! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! BUNCH OF USELESS LIARS! BE WARNED DO NOT GO TO HAMILTON EAST, THEY ARE WAY OVER PRICED AND DON’T ADMIT WHEN WRONG! They have NO EMPATHY TO THEIR CLIENTS! If you want great work and great prices go to CLINIQUE ELAN AT HAMILTON, they will fix the errors that these USELESS nurses do! SHAME ON YOU CACI AT HAMILTON EAST!

This was my first time to CACI clinic and how thoughtful and understanding all the consultants were. Welcoming and making sure I was attended to and take into account who I will be seeing. I was felt comfortable and given advice. All information presented very simplified for me and easy to make a decision and what I wanted. Experience at the CACI clinic was awesome and wonderful and helpful experience for me to have..I walked out smiling with lots of information. Thanks so much and looking forward to experience all other products.

Hi i chose to get hydradermabrasion treatment and if the results would have shown as they promise i wanted to take their skin reform membership however i was very disappointed as my face still looks the same and feels the same however i have had similar treatment in the past from India and the results were fantastic but here its terrible. My therapist was very nyc very polite and professional but i did not get the any results from their treatment. Would not recommend at all.

Signed up for a membership with caci, it wasn’t right for me so decided to leave, however since I have left they have tried numerous times to take over 100 out of my account through direct debit, without my permission and despite the numerous requests to check this was cancelled. Once again money has been taken out of my account and the company has not refunded me or tried. Would not recommend at all
