I Called for someone to come out and look at my roof from where a tree fell on it and spoke with Jr who had came out 2 days later and looked at the job. I had explained to him that my insurance company needed an estimate for the work needing done and he said ok. Jr messaged me back after I asked him first thing Monday morning if he could send me the written estimate over to me so I can send it to my insurance company and here it is Wednesday evening and still no estimate. So very unprofessional and if it takes 4 days to get an estimate, then how long is it going to take to do the job.
