I do not recommend the \Condor Carpets\ company. After two weeks, my grass lays lost its natural green color, It looks very nasty. Up to the present moment, I cannot recover money or a guarantee of product work. If you are looking for quality, find something esle.

We had Condor grass fitted. It looked great for about 10 days then the the whole lawn changed direction and now the grass lays from left to right on the garden instead of laying from the back to the front. It looks terrible. The company that supplied it to us agreed that it’s looks awful, as did their supplier. I contacted Condor Carpets, and an employee called Elwin Van Der Stouw asked some questions, and wanted various photos, and then told me there was nothing wrong with it. I had asked for an explanation for the change from when it was first laid to just 10 days later but he refused to answer me. At no point did he attempt to explain the problem, and now ignores all of my emails. Avoid this company at all costs. Their products are terrible and their after sales support nonexistent. This has been a nightmare for us, it is so bad they we are now having to pay to have it replaced. NEVER USE CONDOR CARPETS.
