Excellent service! Came here to get my bachelor thesis printed, got it done within one hour. I spoke on the phone with the nicest woman working there a few times before and after emailing her my document to discuss the details. She was so helpful and friendly. Apart from the extra nice and kind staff at the store, I'm amazed at how fast I got two copies of my thesis and CD! The price may have been higher but if you're in a fix and need something quick, I totally recommend this copy shop. It is super convenient because the post is nearby too. Thank you for your help! Went here twice and both times the lady in the front desk was very friendly. Service was fast and the result was not disappointing. Cash and debit are accepted.
Here I printed a friend's master thesis. I approached the owner saying that my German was limited, so she kindly talk to me in English. For 8 I covered the thesis with soft cover, and it actually looks good. She also gave me one chocolate, so that was an extra super customer service that I was not actually expecting. For students I fully recommend this place for thesis works, since here they also offer other type of hard covers and in different colors.
