Absolute Empfehlung. Schönes, sauberes Studio mit toller Atmosphäre - geführt von einer Lehrerin, die weiss, was sie tut! Nicole bietet vielseitige Kurse. Die Buchungsbedingungen sind absolut fair und flexibel. In den Stunden bietet Nicole Alternativen und Hilfsmittel, falls mal eine Asana nicht passt und geht auf die individuellen Möglichkeiten ein. Auspowern oder richtig entspannen? Im Niyama Yoga Hof wird man fündig!

Nicole ist eine kompetente Yogalehrerin. Sie ist immer freundlich, bietet Hilfestellungen an und steigert deine Motivation. In ihren Räumlichkeiten kann man sich absolut wohl fühlen. Ich kann das Niyama Yoga Hof nur weiterempfehlen!

Das ist ein richtig tolles Studio. Wunderbare Atmosphere, guter Geruch, und durchdacht. Ein schönes Buchungssystem einfache Kursübersicht, und voll ausgestattet. Alles was man für eine gute Stunde Yoga braucht.
