I have personally had an excellent experience working with this company. I am a retired RN who now requires assistance with ‘activities of daily living’. I know what ‘excellent care’ is, and I recognize it when I see it. That is what Homecare Assistance of Tucson has provided for me. My caregiver recognizes what needs to be done before I even ask her to help me with something. She also encourages me to do what I safely can do for myself, maintaining my strength, abilities, and dignity. My caregiver is also an excellent companion, demonstrating caring concern at all times. I highly recommend this company to anyone who requires outside assistance with non-medical home care and companionship for themselves or their loved ones.

When my father died it was difficult, but the team was supportive and allowed for privacy to handle our important family matters. It is an understatement to say this group of amazing people are INCREDIBLE. Home Care Assistance helped with my parents with living, eating, sleeping, and getting ready every day. They help them mentally and spiritually. Everybody was amazing, because Patricia hand selected the caregivers that she brought into our home. Each caregiver was an advocate for my mom and dad. They helped my parents and my siblings when times were difficult. There was such ease of mind knowing that Patricia and Mark were here for us, especially because my siblings and I were out of town. If there was an incident, they contacted us immediately and were already solving the issue. There were little moments of dealing with end of life where Home Care Assistance was emotionally and physically essential.
