They Lie! They did not attempt to deliver my package as I have been home all day anxiously waiting. NOBODY rang my bell. A lazy excuse for a lazy worker! DHL are far much better and that's saying something. Will avoid UPS like the plague. Response to the below email. I have chosen this platform to make my point! So no I won't be going on your social media. And it is very clear by reading other reviews that it is an extremely poor service with unfriendly drivers IF they do their job and actually deliver.
Probably the worst service I had to deal with my entire life. Unreliable and unprofessional. I am calling already over a week everyday for a package I am waiting for since close to a month. The customer service is absolutely horrible, and no one seem to give me an explanation on why my package take so long to come. Not to mention I have to pay everytime I call. I would never EVER! Use ups ever again in my life.
Terrible. I was expecting a package from Saturn, a heater that is right now essential for me because my heating system does not work for some days now. I have even paid extra for delivery costs instead of selecting the option to pick it up at the warehouse of the shop (right now shops are closed due to lockdown), and when I checked the tracking information, I see that they have not delivered it at home, but at a random office of a random company far from home (they even have delivery points closer to my place) which is even closed the whole weekend. Then I got that automatic message that you can see below and I contacted them in their fb channel as they suggested me... and I got this automatic response too (meaning they are only available from Mondays to Fridays from 7am to 7pm): \Vielen Dank für Ihre Anfrage. Sie erreichen uns Montag bis Freitag von 7 bis 19 Uhr (Ausgenommen Feiertags).\ Shame on UPS, and shame on Saturn too, for having collected my money, charged delivery costs too, and having entrusted their customers to an unreliable partner.
I had the worst experience having something delivered. UPS website says they tried to deliver my parcel twice but they couldn’t because “the receiver could not be reached” even though I was home at the time of the two alleged attempts. Because I had no InfoNumber I could not check in their website for the possibilities of delivery or pick up (since their last attempt was final). Had to call them (which is not free, yes I had to pay for the call). In the end I had to ride the S-Bahn for 1h 40 minutes plus 35 minutes walking, in the end I lost more than two hours (both ways) to pick up a package I payed to be delivered to my place. I feel really stupid for paying for such a lame and inefficient service.
