Worst gym in hosur, and not a girls friendly gym. the gym owner don't want the people to reduce their weight, business oriented thoughts. Back commenting is the first thing we can notice in this gym, cracking bad jokes, double meaning talks, and physic insulting too. Trainer guy is such a person who don't train others,just stand and have a look, that's it. They won't teach us the basic thing too. If a person who have Zero knowledge regarding gym, will be nicely cheated in the name of workout.. better' look for a good gym.

One simple word is ... This gym is my therapeutic place where I chill out and at the same time I sculpt myself everyday in a decent shape. All equipments... You will find almost anything here. The master and the trainer are very friendly and we are like a family! The people come to gym are with varied ages.. But we become one irrespective of age or whatever this wicked world's differentiations!!! A place for relaxation and Healthiness.
