Please check the price and additional charges before buying.... They charge heavy wastage charges of about 0.26gms per grm Your price per gram will be 4000 but u end up paying 6000 per gram ie., Almost 1.5times of actual gold value Your additional charges would be approximately 30% to 50% Be careful before shopping here Check the slips given to you before heading to Cash Counter

It is day time robbery. Imagine bank robbers without their masks and look at them, staff. For silver bought from Non AVR store, is calculated at 40% deduction. Silver is silver, no matter where u buy it from and how you use it. Biggest joke is, they take back their own silver wears with 25% deduction. The Man who does the calculation sounds like he is the boss. GRT is far better, not better but the best. They consider any such requests so to speak. After all it is our hard earned money. Worst part is the worst customer service. Except the women, the men behave like hunch men. The only male staff who attends you well is the store manager in white shirt in the bill counter. They forget, customer is the KING and reviews are their swords. U want to buy gold, buy it from elsewhere.

AVR is worst , ZERO star for AVR ,it is not worth for buying big jewels in AVR , No Good designs , Making Wastage charges are very very high for simple designs ( 21-23% ) for basic design, Please prefer to go for GRT or Joy aalukaas , There atleast we get for what we pay , price is not reasonable and one of the worst customer handling..Cheap behaviour by AVR manager ,Hosur. Please go for GRT or Tanishq or Joy aalukaas

Collection are OK. But not customer oriented. Very high wastage and rude while negotiations. Staffs are having courtesy to show the variants, but the final counter manager is very Rude. Because of him company may lose customers. But I'm not sure it's his way of handling customers or company asked to behave like this.
