UpdateU part 3: After more than a month after the second episode, they called me again to remove this review. This time their language was threatening and borderline vulgar. In short, they said I have no right to post anything on their company. Anyway, I recorded the talk, so I can share it here. My experience has two parts: First, I was in touch with a salesperson named Jaffer. After hearing the price, which was at least 30% more than others, I said, "no thanks". But he kept saying sir, this is worth the price and all. What irked me was that, they even charged 3,000 for transportation which would only cost 300 if I had hired a vehicle myself. These were the only ones to charge another 3,000 for installation separately. Anyway, that's how that ended and I post a negative review. Part two: Few days later another salesperson named Thiyagarajan calls and tells that they now have a Chinese profile that costs lesser. I ask for a quote and that's when he mentions my review. I tell him I will post a better review if they make amends. He says fine and I temporarily remove the review. And since then it's been two days and four follow-up calls and two WhatsApp messages, I am yet to receive a call or update from them. What a shameless bunch of people.
