I had a bad experience with the health and beauty hosur. One of the sales women gave me the wrong foundation shade which is lighter to my skin tone that castes greyish look. So I went back to find the right shade not in the intention to return it. But the same lady was not accepting her fault instead she was complaining me that I don't know how to blend the foundation. Though I am not a professional, I know how to. That lady was so rude on me .Even She was not in the intention to convince me ,her attitude was so bad and she never think that this customer has to come back again. Customer service is zero.
