Here's how the story went: I ask for UPVC windows, the guy (Purushothaman) comes and takes measurement. After lot of discussion and couple of trips we finalize the order and I pay an advance. Now comes the installation time. One of the windows is wrongly sized. Turns out that the guy took the measurement from inside the grill rather than outside. The window wouldn't go in. On being told about this, the guy shocked us by telling that he never makes mistakes and the mistake was ours. He blames us that we wanted only that window to be installed inside the grill. Next minute he asks his guys to remove all the installed windows and the next minute they packed up and gone. Wow, ever heard of a guy who never makes mistakes? Ever heard of a guy who says the customer made the mistake of asking all but one window to be installed inside the grill? Now, here we are sitting in the cold after waiting for a week. Please save your valuble time and look elsewhere.
Good quality of work. And work has been completed within the given time.
Arrogant and liar. Mr. Purushothaman never sticks to his promises and timeline. Quality of the work is shoddy and there are lots of gap in the panel joints and the corners are not at all well finished. And they are not even the cheapest in town.
