A serene place , a calm place not to far away from city. A worth owning it for being away from your busy life atleast on a weekend and give your mind a refresh.

This isn't a review of the facilities at Prakruti farms. They are one of the farms that sell mangoes directly to customers in the summer. Compared to other farms I have bought mangoes from, I was not impressed or satisfied with the quality of mangoes (Banganapalli) supplied. As is typical for such farms, mangoes are delivered in boxes in an unripened state (but without any packaging material). Delivery personnel are prompt and nice. However, nearly every mango started spoiling during the ripening process - developing black/brown skin and with bad-tasting pulp inside...which essentially meant we had to cut out 1/4th to 1/2 the mango. I may try and buy mangoes from them again in a few years, but there is a stark difference from the image presented on the website and end product. One would assume that there is hands-on management of these farms - with people passionate about growing food or even simply mangoes. That is probably not the case since my view is that the land owners are winging it, and are probably hands-off. When asked the spoiling was attributed to hay, but our first batch was stored in hay left over from another a different farm's batch - the end result was the same. It has to do with management of mango trees - plants need care.
