I visited to SGS adhithya for site & house construction, but i choosed Nandhavana exotic based on feedback from others. Nandhavana exotic are not capable of building houses, they were creating many issues. Team work & coordination is worst among them Now I feel SGS adhithya is better in construction,quality of work & outlook than Nandhavana exotic. I prefer SGS adhithya

No proper road for the layout. Inside also very small narrow roads. Full of snakes...
