Good designs can be seen. Wastage was very high. Just a simple chain design costs hefty 12.7%. Seen two items with almost similar design. One has a minor change in design for an half an inch. This simple design made it 17.5% whereas other 12.7%. Charging 5% more for total weight of the chain instead of charging only designed work part. This is totally abnormal. No proper reason provided by asking reason for 5% raise in wastage for the total weight as the design is just half an inch length. As seen in TV advertisement NO wastage rate mentioned on tag of the ornaments. Exchange gold price is very less. You will get loss of 3% of total value if you exchange. They avoided to provide justification reason for taking old gold with less price. No one can explain proper reason to justify the wastage and exchange rate if old gold. Just rejected and went to other Jewell shop. Not recommended to buy gold ornaments from Sree Kumaran Thangamaligai.

Actually we went to exchange the ear rings (jimmiki) which had the value for stones (worth 2000 rs) as well, when we purchased it and they also had said clearly that it will have the value for stones as well when you will exchange it. But now, when we tried to exchange the same, they are telling no value for stones now. We had no choice. So, be careful to believe whatever they say when you purchase anything. It's a kind of cheating, what they did for us. But, no issue with the place and customer service, it was good. But be careful!

Price is high for the wastage. And be attentive when they measure the weight. I tried at least two items and both weighed 10-20 milligrams lesser than what they value for.

No ethics and complete fraud. Every employee has own policy. Avoid to investment in chitti (installment) . They fixed price but check the bill before you pay.
