I have been using this hospital for more than 4 years. In the beginning staff were very unfriendly and not knowledgeable. But since the Covid crisis, I see a marked improvement in the way nurses and reception staff handle the crowd and answer questions by patients or attenders. And they have become efficient in handling the Monday morning rush as well, without losing cool. If the admin is reading this, please tell your manager to also increase training for nurses who are handling OP during appointments .

Good Hospital with multi speciality facilities. Doctors are very good and Staff nurses are cooperative and take care of patients very well, Cleaning staff cleans room on regular intervals. Neatness, hygiene, cleanliness maintained very well. Regularly checks about patient health condition and also facility management group asks about any facility requirements in room. Overall, a Very good hospital at Hosur with good facility equivalent to Metros.

I wasn't expecting that the hospital staffs would have a problem in explaining the bill breakup to me. When I asked about the bio medical charges and linen to them they were unsure about it. They were charges applied for extra days which I felt that I am paying my money excessively.

The worst hospital in hosur. The staff treat the patient and their attendants like slaves. Mostly low qualified desk staff. Also, always giving overdose medicines which leads to another problem. For a small swelling in my leg, they gave strong medicine which led to stomach pain. Then for scanning and all they charged me heavily. If you want to get your disease treated good kindly don't ever visit this hospital

My husband was admitted in private room,cleaning work by house keeping s good, doctors treated very well,nurses caring s also hood comparing to other hospital in hosur,good and continue the same,my family getting treatment here since 5yrs..very good and neat hospital.
