office staff GOOD Response & Supportive. But the delivery boy having demanding to pay for extra money like 70Rs/cylinder as DELIVERY CHARGE even for Ground Floor.. this is ridiculous...even in Bangalore i use to pay only 20 rs for 1st floor delivery its a good business as delivering cylinders and earning money, if you calculate(on average 20 cylinders/day 1400Rs/day).

Today the delivery person demamded 50 rs for ground floor itself. When I refused to give he spoke to me in a harsh tone and blackmailed that he will not supply Cylinder going forward. And did not give the bill also. Now we do not have the bill also. And when I called the agency number no response. I tried 4-5 times. Owner of the agency - please check this.

The office staff is very supportive and good service. But when you are taking delivery of cylinder at office, you need to pay Rs. 50 to delivery boy. Might handling charges
