I went to the shop to get my eyes checked for power difference and get new lenses for my old frames. The Technical Staff Ms.Gloria did the eye power check with multiple different instruments and techniques, this is the 1st time I have ever gone through detailed eye examination (for both short sight and Cylindrical power). When it came for the lenses she showed me different types of lenses available with them and gave honest recommendation based on my requirement. She did not try to push the high-end lenses just for the business sake, which is what any customer would expect. She answered my questions patiently and other staffs also came politely for help when needed. My assumption of "Titan Eye Plus is expensive" made false (which actually based on my experience in one of the shop in Bangalore). Please continue the same service you provide and thanks for the experience.
Out of so many eye wear centres .. this is one of the best centre I had been to.. they have wide variety to offer , it was worth the money. The executive's were very professional and helpful, Srini helped me with lot of patiance. He made sure i was getting the best one which suited me..
