Special thanks to Sohan for making fantastic designs as per our requirements. They started work very quickly. Coming to the execution, they allotted a separate project manager for our site & followed work progress according to the scheduled and finally completed with an excellent finish

We had such a bitter experience in dealing with Team. Here is what happened: - Did not complete the project even after 4 months since implementation signup, though they say they will complete it in 45 days [NOTE: 45 Working days]!! - Blocked incoming calls or phone switched off and no updates or responses to SMS etc... - You pay and literally have to beg these guys to complete beyond agreed timelines - Finishing of the work is poor, perhaps our local carpenter would do a better job than these people. Now I am having to look for someone who can cleanup the shoddy work - They messed up most of the good design. - They offered free 3d designs for living , 1 room and kitchen - Designs were good so we signed up - False ceiling took off more than 10 days and one of the areas - foyer was not completed even after 3 months and botched up with improper wiring - They don’t have proper office. Whatever you see on google maps keeps changing. A few months back it showed next to Wipro office in Silk board junction, now its hosur road. - No warranty cards - They use Ply and the doors will have bends. No one will come to repair or replace - No one comes from team, so you can expect quality breakdowns and shoddy executions. - Their own electrician was unpaid, so he did not turn up and instead they had adhoc arrangement. The effect of this is unplanned or no wiring in MBR, Foyer causing us compromise in designs!!! Our foyer is poorly lit - Beware of errors between their 3D and 2D drawings, which are sent at the last minute and they will use for justification! - They did not complete painting, wiring and proper fixing of the materials and now am having to run around - Do not fall for highly rated reviews, most of them are fake and done internally - You will regret engaging this company like we are doing
