Internet speeds are low considering their premium prices. Also, the internet connection is highly intermittent(Internet will go down for few minutes every now and then). Not recommended for official purposes But, support is somewhat good. They respond to issues quick

Worst people and staff I have ever seen... not even responding to any calls... worst network I have ever experienced .... called near 50 times a day but not even a single response from these people ... they assure u lifetime free service but as soon we pay installation charges from the very next day dey stop receiving our calls.

First I contact on Mar 2020 for new connection and ask the Tarrif details, no response. After two month again i called and asked about the plan and told to share the tariff details in WhatsApp still they sending. I have ever seen this type of customer service. I think they opened the store for time pass purpose. If anything below rating I will provide -100. They doesn't know about the value for customer.
