Worst customer service .These people are misguiding customer.i will advice Airtel senior management don't give the Airtel store this kind of people who is giving misguiding answer we are still using Airtel sim because of Goodwill of Airtel but now I visited the store then I decided to switch the sim Airtel to Jio .they are not solving problem only they are arguing with customer

They misguided me. I went there to port my Docomo number and I asked one of their executives that what amount I should recharge when the MNP process completed. Then the executive told me that you should recharge with their some 600 rupees pack or more. I could not remember exactly but the amount was quite high. When the executive was telling me that, his eyes were towards the floor, that meant there were various recharge packs less than 600 rupees which I could recharge after MNP. I was too much offended and I didn't say anything just told him that I would come on next working day. But I didn't go, in fact I changed my decision to switch to airtel. I went to the nearest Vodafone store, I port my number and recharge with their 178 packs. I have another Docomo sim and I've decided to port it also to Vodafone. Please airtel executives, your company is famous all over in India. Behave yourself and guide them properly at least who wants to join with you.
