Worst experience.i went in for changing my sim because it wasn't showing network since two days as they are closed on Sundays i didn't bother them and went on monday to fix my problem but as soon as i went there for my problem i was treated the right way and they were not talking in the right manner also they said first to come with a aadhar card and alternative phone no so i went and took those things and went in but then they told that they don't have the stock of sim and will only be available tomorrow. It was a very bad experience because my work was being hampered without none of my fault and secondly my time wasn't valued and they were rude at this .so kindly i would like to say airtel isn't giving the right customer experience and thats the reason that i will port my sim to jio.
