He can only provide spectacles power like most doctors available at bulk in the market. I had gone for retina problem and without diagnosing, the counter charged me with 250 rupees. The doctor had know specialization for retina based problem but then even he remembered to charge money for task which he don't deserve. Please refer a good MD doctor with specialization in retina if you want to seriously deal with your problem. Don't go for such local doctor who will clean up your pocket!!!
