I was contacted by Lauren Taylor; managing partner, to fill multiple production positions for my company. She prepared an engagement letter with mark up rates and signed letter was returned to her within a day. I did not hear back from her for few days so I followed up by multiple emails and calls. After about a week, she sent me an email stating she can't help us as she is not able to make enough money. Her lack of professionalism does not deserve a star but I have to at least give her a start to continue with the review.
