It seems my DHL experience with this company is not isolated. I called before ordering to see how long it would take to receive the hair once the order was placed. I was told 3 to 4 days and their site states items would ship within 24 hours of placing an order. So on July 9th I went ahead an placed an order and set a hair appointment with my salon for July 21st based on the timeline given. On July 14th I reached out again because I had not received a shipment notification. Sunil said the item had already shipped and I would receive it guaranteed by that Thursday 7/16. Shortly I get off the call I receive a text from DHL that a label had just been created. I was lied to. I called back and Sunil assured me my shipment would be to me by 7/16. On 7/16 I receive notification item could not be delivered because the address is wrong. Address was off by one number… my error. I called an fixed it. This should only cause a 1 day delay. Item could still not be shipped because as it turns out they screwed up on their end. My address was half my address mixed with their address. Sunil promised to reimburse half the down payment of my hair appt if I did not receive the hair on time. Well the hair did not arrive on time despite several calls to DHL from my end. Once received the order was wrong. I received single drawn hair instead of double drawn hair, which is double the cost. The hair provided is also processed to make it curly. I attempted to wash a bundle to check the curl and when wet it turned to rubber bands. A sign of over processing. I made several phone calls, in addition to emails with photos sent and have yet to receive a response on receiving the difference back for single drawn vs double drawn or the promised loss of deposit from my hair appt. Not good business ethics. If you're going to order from this company be safe and order through your credit card company. I had to file a fraud claim.

Obviously, Indus hair extensions is going to be on top of most best brand lists. They are the pioneers of high-quality hair extensions. You do have to pay for the brand and quality as none of their extensions come cheap. INDUS is one of the best hair extension brands if budget isn’t of your concern. Another key factor for mostly positive reviews is hair lifetime. In other words, it is extended due to infrequent washes.️

You can literally pick the hair that matches exactly to your hair color and texture. They also give you the options of virgin temple hair, donor dyed temple hair, collected human hair and synthetic hair. 2. They have the widest variety of clipon hair extensions, wigs, patches to cover hair loss and many more products that they export and sell in about 35 countries 3. There is no hard sale, you pick what you want and pay 30% of what you would pay elsewhere in other retail shops in Banjara Hill's etc. So a typical set of extensions that would cost 30-40K will cost you 7K-10K depending on the length.
