Purchased my used vehicle through here. I had Terrell as my sales man and I cannot say enough good things about him and the service I was provided. He stayed late on his scheduled day off to get my vehicle loan processed and had me driving my new (to me) vehicle that night. They even returned my rental for me! When I signed for my car the windshield was cracked the Sales manager told me I could use the warranty I just purchased. I said no when I took the car for a test drive it was not like that. He said the window was not coming out of his budget. I asked who was over him he gave the service dept. Service dept fixed issue but I had to come up there during a work day. I told him I didn't want the car no more because how he was refusing to fix it in the beginning. He then told me they won't accept buyers remorse. I said how is that buyers remorse when u were giving me a car that was damaged while it was being prepared. Now the car is making loud sounds when I unlock the door from the gas cap area which it was not doing before. I'm paying too much money to have this experience. In the beginning I asked who was over the dealership he refused to give the information requested. Not happy in the beginning of purchase not happy now only had care for for about 5 months.
