Hi, if you have issues with a refund, request a CHARGEBACK through your credit card company. You are entitled to this. They will string you along long enough. Expected more to be honest.

Criminals ! Firstly, if you want to take a transfer where the driver talks on his mobile phone whilst travelling at 120kph overtaking lorries on the motorway - these are your guys. Secondly, if you just want to empty your wallet for no reason - these are your guys. Paid extra for their insurance in March, so that I would be refunded my transfer cost in case I had to cancel. Unfortunately, I did have to cancel but they kept the money. They should be closed down. Book at your peril !
I had travelled with them before and everything ok. This time everything wrong. I booked a transfer on May 27th for June 15th. Ir took me severals emails before I got my Phone number corrected in my voucher. The transfer was cancelled (I dont know since when) and I knew it by chance, three days prior of the Journey. No Phone call, no email, no anything to let me know... I was really upset. Today, July, 24th I have not yet received my money back.. To make things better, they called me a lier... Enfin... January 2021, after having put a complaint trough the european consumers agency, and after have being said in early november 2020 that the company agreed to give my money back....I am still waiting....sitting...
We were forced to cancel our travel plans due to COVID-19. We cancelled our arrangements in accordance with their policy, however we still have yet to receive our refund. It's been nearly 2 months now, and all we get is excuses and the run-around. These people are not trustworthy.
Waow had the best service ever! 20 Minutes before taking the shuttle I realized that I made a mistake on my flight hour... the driver made everything possible so I can catch my flight. Thanks to him, I got it!
This is a top company. I use them every time that I have to fly and they are always punctual and get me to the airport in a timely and friendly matter. Once when my bag was lost in transit and I was late to the counter. The staff were empathetic and organised a new transfer quickly.
The service was great! The people at the desk reception were very nice and the driver was very helpful! They helped me with my luggage and took me where I needed to wait for the minibus. There were 4 stops on the way but this is not a private taxi, its a minibus.
Driver with a deadwish. 138 km/hr where 100 is allowed. 50 cm from car in front while using mobile phone in the rain. Races through villages to avoid traffic while pushing cars that drive normal. Likes to make phone calls over the bus speaker system so all can listen. Munich - Innsbruck 3.5 hrs due to many drop offs along the way.
