Rooms were clean and sufficient, nothing special. The value was great though and our room had a view of the river. Good free breakfast. Short walk to the city center. Would highly recommend for a great price.
We booked one night. While checking in, our kids were sitting on a couch in the hall telling jokes to each other. Because of that they were laughing. The owner came and told them if they didn’t stop, we couldn’t stay the night in the hotel. She told them that she has four kids and they didn’t do this (laughing with each other??) It was a strange welcome. Absolutely not a warm welcome. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. The hotel is close to the centre, just a few minutes walk. The next day we had breakfast. Not very special but it was ok. The two women who were working didn’t look happy at all. Not any smile on their face. By checking out, the owner was helping us. She is certainly not polite. While she was helping my husband she didn’t look at him. If you talk to people, you look at them. But she didn’t. Just because the owners behavior, we will not return to this hotel ever, and definitely do not recommend this hotel ether.
Good breakfast, the new rooms away from the hotel lack atmosphere, have no ventilation bathroom and very small children beds for adults! Entrance to parking very complicated. No parking really at old hotel down the road. Management not really interested in customers. Staff were friendly. We had a room in new part with a ventilator filled with marijuana odour. We will not return even though close to city center. Not the place for early morning Brenner pass crossing to Italy unless you pay bill night before and have no breakfast. Breakfast only from 7:30 onwards!
Very modern and clean rooms. No A.C. but room had a good fan and two very large windows that opened up. Lovely view of mountains and a church.
Room and bathroom were very clean and very convenient that they have covered parking for a downtown location. Could improve the breakfast, a small 3 cup canister of coffee for 2 persons and just one 0.1l glass of orange juice pro Person just wasn't enough, but other than that for a small buffet it was fresh and adequately filled.
Great hotel. We actually stayed down the road in a separate building a short walk from the hotel so had to walk for breakfast. The room was large and fitted to a high standard, and the breakfast was ok. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Small and a bit dated but everything else is great. Very clean, beautiful location, great breakfast.
