I have ordered twice from this site, and apart from the very fast shipping in europe (max 5 days), i am very pleased with their support as they have answered every single question i had regarding their products and more. I am satisfied with their mushroom cultivation supplies for i am a begginer in this kind of thing but their growing substrates and equipment have outdone themselves. I was very skeptic to order these products online for the first time ever, but as i saw that tyroler is a very big company in Austra i was very relieved. Der 1kg Beutel kommt an und ich versuche den Kundenservice zu erreichen weil unglaublich viel Fremdmaterial wie Haare, Pilzköpfe und Substratreste im Beutel sind, siehe Bilder. Dann natürlich keine Antwort erhalten, der Scherz daran ist dass ich jetzt 3x schon dem Kundensupport geschrieben habe und immer noch niemand auf die Idee kommt mal was anzufragen oder mich zu kontaktieren. Miese Qualität im Onlineshop und Horror Kundensupport. Werde da nie wieder direkt bestellen. Musterbeispiel für "So verjagt man sich einen Kunden." Einfach jedem aus dem Weg gehen der was zu beanstanden hat weil man von der eigenen Qualität vielleicht zu überzeugt ist. Nein DANKE!

Ich freue mich sehr, dieses Unternehmen gefunden zu haben. Die Qualität der Vitalpilze kann ich zwar nicht messen, aber ich vertraue darauf, dass sie hochwertig erzeugt und verarbeitet wurden. Meine Frau und ich sind von der Wirkung (abzüglich Placebo-Effekt) begeistert. Bestellabwicklung und Service sind professionell. Paul Stamets ist weit weg, aber in Tirol bekomme ich bereits wonach ich gesucht habe.

Ich wollte im Geschäft in Innsbruck etwas kaufen. Als der Mitarbeiter ohne MNS auf mich zukam, habe ich darum gebeten einen MNS zu nutzen. Der Mitarbeiter wollte bereits einen MNS holen, als eine zweite Person in den Verkaufsraum kam und mich gebeten hat sein Geschäft zu verlassen. Begründet wurde dies damit, dass ich ja bereits eine Maske tragen würde und dies aus Sicht der Person ausreichend wäre. Ich habe das Geschäft gerne verlassen und werde die Glückspilze in Zukunft meiden.

Habe Mykorrhiza gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Resultat. Die Pflanzen sind einfach stärker und mehr Trockenheitstolerant mit ihren Mykorrhiza- Freunden. Möchte in der Zukunft Speisepilze probieren.
