If I could give zero stars, I would. Interjet needs to be renamed to InterJoke. This company provides absolutely no communication until it’s too late. We were supposed to fly home to Montreal from Cancun on March 23. We found out through family at home that the flight was not going to happen as we connected through Mexico City and that flight to Montreal did not depart until 1am on the 24th - after international flights stopped. Like everyone else, it was impossible to reach Interjet to make a change. I tried phone (when I managed to get through after being on hold for 30 minutes it would disconnect. Every single time) Facebook and Twitter. Zero response from everybody. Today I finally got through to someone and they tell me I have until April 23 to make a change to my flight. What good does that do me??? I’m already in Canada. This company is a farce. don’t ever use them. I guess the 3-4 flights/year my wife was going on will be with your competition.

Poor customer service. I came to airport 2 days before my flight to inquire about Visa to Cuba. I was traveling with a US citizen and I'm Philippines passport holder with residence card in US (green card). I am aware that I need to get Visa almost every country I visit and that's why I went to the airport days before to inquire on the process. The ticket service kiosk had just closed and the lady on the counter clearly wanted to be done and didn't want to deal with me. She said to just come back tomorrow or they are open at 5am on the day of my flight. I asked if my passport with green card will be allowed to get the travel pass and she said yes; even confirmed it with another lady who spoke more English and they both said yes. We got there at 5:30 am 2 days later and same ladies didn't know what to do with my passport and asked me to go to the main check in counter to see a supervisor. After almost an hour in line I was told by the supervisor that I need to go to the Cuban consulate to get the Visa because I am a Philippines passport holder. Clearly their staff are not knowledgeable. I lost the cost of my ticket to Havana because I had to go back to Downtown Cancun to get the Visa at the Cuban consulate which of course happens to be only across the street from the Airbnb where I had stayed. This could have been avoided if they had more knowledgeable staff who are more willing to entertain questions. I had to buy another ticket to Cuba one way to join my spouse in Havana
i arrived at airport 2 hours prior to the flight, the waiting line spends me 1.5 hours, the last 30 mins counter staff told me i cant check in because i dont have the immigration card, i went to immigration board quickly (about 8 mins)to get a new one and staff said i CAN NOT check in anymore because its too late. such a ridiculars flight company and useless staff.
Believe the price first the the rest of the staff but price Boone can bbbeaty beaty

Unlike other here i found this airline to be efficient and friendly Giving great leg room and on time both ways -- I was completely impressed
