In a world where integrity and customer service are dead, Mark and Michelle are a much needed breathe of fresh air. They are honest and fair. They take care of their customers and are always friendly, professional and helpful. Drawing on over 40 years of experience they are always willing to impart knowledge. I refuse to do business elsewhere because I know I'm going to get the straight scoop and a fair shake from these folks. You can't go wrong doing business with this family owned and operated business.

I recently went to Irmo Outdoor for the first time at the recommendation of my son. I purchased a spark plug for my backpack blower. I gave the lady the model # of my blower and she gave me a plug. When I got home (over 30 miles away), I found out it was the wrong one. When I called back, she was very polite and said to return it. She said that the manufacturer apparently had changed the plug for it due to what year it was made. When i returned, she replaced the plug and, even though the one i needed cost more, she didnt charge me extra because of my inconvenience. Yes, it was given wrongly in the beginning, but it wasnt all her fault because I didn't check to make certain that I had the correct one when I was there. I know that we all need to accept responsibility for our own faults and not be quick to blame others. Nonetheless, she didn't charge more and didn't try to argue or blame me. Now that's good customer service! I will go back if I need anything else. I highly recommend them!
