They don't have office at Chidambaram and didn't share the contact details of the driver. Moreover redbus doesn't have this travel agency number. The bus was 1 hour 45 min delay, but there were no communication from redbus and from the operator. When the bus arrived, we just inquired about the delay and he started shouting at us. Too bad.
