I absolutely love this place. I can't understand how these bad reviews are on here. I have been going to Lovell day spa now for almost 2 years & im very happy with the products & service. Best lashes ever by the way!! I've been to many places where my lashes are left itchy, stiff or fall out. But this place is amazing. I always receive compliments on my lashes. I also get waxed here & it's very professional with great relaxing music. Well done on your great work Q.

Had a massage here. The therapist was sick and coughing and sniffing through the massage. She was also 15minutes late to start but still finished on time (I paid for 1 hour and she gave me 45minutes). When I told her it was supposed to be a 1 hour massage she made up excuses and then asked her boss, who told her to do the full hour. She did an extra five minutes, said to me 'You're done' and then left the room. So the 1 hour massage I paid for was only 50 minutes. Not happy that I had to ask to be given what I had paid for, and then it wasn't rectified. Wouldn't go back.
3:30pm ( there was a clock right in front of me) she told me the massage was over. - when questioned over the time she told me this is how it is. I replied "so 30 min massage is really a 15 min massage and she said well yes. - directed to another room for pedicure and asked to select colour from dried out bottles of nail polish that didn't seem to match the chart. - was given 3 magazines to read my choice was from 2 well read 2013 and 2014 magazines and a 2014 IKEA booklet. - feet put into dish and then informed it would cost 5 to remove my nail polish. I asked if like the massage would the pedicure just be for one foot. At that point I was in total disbelief a
Bad map. Wrong way to get in there. And also bad salon as well. Don't recommend everybody to go in this salon !
