Beautiful, clean park with a variety of roses. You can even go in the greenhouse year round to see many different kinds of plants. Great for kids to run around.

Make sure you go at the right season, it costs about 200 yen to get in, whether there is much to see our not. Don't regret going, but I have to think of the entrance fee as a donation, because it certainly wasn't to see the flowers.
