We are regular shoppers @ FirstCry be it online or be it store. I must say we have always had a good experience with most of the products we purchased the staff is always friendly and helpful they always try to get us the best deals possible. We purchased a baby cot online and there was an issue with the clip Vishal and Vishva came to our home to get it fixed in minutes. Mr vijay at the checkout counter is also has a great customer service skill all in all a good place. Ya it is expensive but they charge for the quality product.... If its not in ur budget leave it dont give low ratings just because it is expensive.
