Love this shop! I bought so many beautiful gifts for Christmas here. Fun socks/matching underwear (#pairwear), beautiful jewelry, artisan candles, Canadian made hats and toques and linen dish towels. I may have also bought a pair of boots for myself.. :). This shop is so thoughtfully stocked with quality and local products, and the service here is the best, ever. So helpful and friendly. Awesome gifts, and amazing service. Thanks again!

I bought a coat exactly 7 days ago o8lifestyle sold exclusively at this Jasper store. After checking the retailers of this product on the company's website, HighGround is indeed the only retailer of this product in Jasper.The coat being defective at the front zipper, I tried to return to the store but not having my invoice, the employee at the counter refused to do an exchange because the "policy" is not to return or exchange without the invoice.It is particularly unfortunate that you do not do more of effort for your customers and that you do not use your judgment rather than your "policy" while your supplier would wipe the loss.Beautiful products but I strongly suggest to look at all the seams before concluding a purchase. 0 for your customer service.
