Jc hoover hearing is a fanta. fantasticstic Place to get hearing aids. Staff is friendly, kind, and thorougeyeh in their assessment. They bend oveakr backwards to make sure you get the aids you need even if you can't afford them. They care about you. Highly recommend them!
Very friendly staff. Very highly priced. I went to have a hearing test and buy new aids. They say they finance. Which is true for the most part. Upon being approved for financing I was informed they would need a 500 down payment and another 450 upon pick-up. When you're financing the cost should be approved with no other hidden cost.
Took my dad for new hearing aids. He has dementia so I told them upfront that he might not understand somethings they would ask him to do. He understood fine and they were so nice and patient with him. I told them I didn't want anything fancy and I wanted something that couldn't be changed if he scratched his head or took them out. They were able to fix them so they had only 1 setting and no volume adjustment. They didn't try to sell us something that dad wouldn't be able to use. PERFECT customer service!!!! I highly recommend Dr. Hoover and his team.
Can't say enough about this place. Great people from the front door back. Very caring and professional. Have never had a bad experience. Go and find out if you have hearing issues.
