Waste of time. Not serious person. I was seriously interested by this house. After several discussion we set a meeting to visit the house. The day before the RDV he cancelled saying it was sold : OK i understand. However 2 weeks after I see again advertisement on this house, it was back for sale. I decided to contact him again, he confirmed it was for sale again but he did not even contacted me to say it. It is not finished :) I tell him I want to visit, he tells me he can't come on week end (we are a family 3 children living 200 km from the place.) but Ok I understand he doesn't want to work on weekend. So we go alone to see the house from outside. I contact him to say I want to go with him to visit it again but inside. He plans appointment after a 10 days window... Well I stop the story here. Either he doesn't want to sale to foreigners, either something is wrong somewhere. Very very bad experience and big waste of time.

Prodává formou aukce aniž by na to předem upozornil. Velmi nejasné jednání, po 3 týdnech jsem nevěděl na čem jsem. Jediné co jsem se dozvěděl, když jsem volal, tak že se cena zvedla.
