Worst company environment as like typical labor.. They don't have good office for their HR department.. Working environment is not good they want only work no worker satisfaction, any one from entc branch don't join this company if they recruit you.. Fully worst experience from my side they will recruit you as GET Robotics Maintenance (for entc) and after that force to work for machine maintenance ( mechanical work).. payment cutting is too much... If any brand / company doesn't know how to treat new Engineer's/recruited person then company will not good in quality & work.
This is a company inside Bajaj Auto Ltd gate which has taken few factories from bajaj on rent to supply components to Bajaj Auto Ltd., They have been operating this unit for past 2 years. They are good at it. Getting in is difficult. You need Gate Pass from Neel Auto and also , gate person has to talk to The person inviting you inside on telephone. You can take your car inside. you have to declare whatever you have alongwith you. So that you can take the material out again with you.
