The pharmacy / dispensary is pathetically slow. Today I stood 45 minutes to wait in order to be assisted with barely a queue. Most people in the area advised me to rather move our monthly medication prescription to Dischem Farrarmere, will be doing it as every encounter with the Clicks is just exhausting! Just watch out as this pharmacy likes to swop medication for "generics" falsely claiming out of stock on your subscription medication as they seem to get incentives from the preferred suppliers. I know this as one day the lady told me they didn't have stock of my chronic meds and the supplier will also only have stock in weeks, the following day I went back and a gentleman helped me and said they have plenty stock.... very strange.

Till points are extremely slow. Almost like there is no sense of urgency when there are two till points open and plenty people standing in line to pay. This has been my experience almost every time I visit this clicks store. They really need to fix this. In general the store is well stocked and neat. Free parking outside.

So its supposed to open at 08h30, yet, its closed, not even staff inside the store, im leaving now and going to Dischem, atleast that store would be open and I dont have to wait infront of the gate....atleast update your opperating hours.

The pharmacy is extremely slow, with 3 pharmacists on duty, we stood in the que for more than half an hour for a packet of headache pills.
