When entering this store, the staff practically shouted at me to take a peg and use the sanitizer. So rude! Absolutely disgusting! I only came to this store out of sheer desperation. The other stores have staff who are much nicer and know how to treat their customers.

Totally disgusted at the rip off service I have encountered at the hands of one of your dispensary personel. 30 January 15:32 transaction C8378073 I requested a couple of items when I add them together to total value of R143.93 as per her advise that according to her are not covered by my Medical Aid only to pay an amout of R98 82 as dispensing fee which was made out of 2 separate invoices one for R48.80 and the other for R50.02. From A total value of R359.78 for everything purchased including 3 oils ended up paying R458.60. I find this to be very dishonest as all the items I bought dont justify this and I plan on taking this to further till I get a satisfactory explanation. Dissapointed that such a reputable brand as dischem would have an employee who stoop this low to rip me off in this nature. Disgusted X-loyal customer.
