If possible, I would give a 0 star rating. I made an appointment for 10am on Sunday the 19th of May 2019. When I arrived, the store was closed. When I contacted the owner, she apologised and to my surprise, said that they only have an appointment at 1pm that day. Mistakes do happen, but for the store to be completely closed at 10am is quite unreasonable. Rather tell me that you're closed on Sundays or that you only open for appointments, however strange that may be. A few hours later the owner contacted me and said "the ladies are there now" as if I am at her beck and call. She then changed her story and said that there was only one appointment made for 2pm. Do not waste your time, go elsewhere.

So my boss decided to spoil us with a pamper as a treat :-) It's been a rough year so it was much needed!!! A big massive thank you to Vernon for coming to our office and setting it up so lovely and professionally with awesome service and making us feel pampered and relaxed. Charity is a lovely lady with amazing massage hands and attention to detail with painting nails. The mani, pedi and massage was amazing!! Thank you so much Trend, i feel like a new person :-)
