I ordered a classic twister meal and I got a really horrible twister. The filet as not even cooked properly and it looked really horrible. They also gave me a colonel box master instead of a zinger box master. Don't order any of their wraps cos you'll be disappointed.

Went to the drive through twice now, very fast and you can never go wrong with KFC! The chicken was crunchy and not oily both times! :)

I believe what makes a good restuarant sometimes is/are the employees that work there. Their service is quick i must say but a lot of their waiters spend a lot of time fighting among themselves and to make it worse, they are so loud that when even customers can hear them in the back ground. Literally left there with a headache.

The meat can be too salty. The burgers are often not fresh.

I went through the drive through and when I got home I saw that one of the items I ordered was not in the bag. I phoned the branch. 8 min after I called, they delivered the missing item. Thank you for taking customer satisfaction seriously!

Sometime the food is nice , sometimes not. It has an "old oil" taste and fried to a deep brown color.
