I saw Dr. Song yesterday (not on your list to select). Just wanted to say it was a great experience! Chanda was AMAZING! She explained everything she was doing , went step by step, answered all my questions!! She is an exceptional employee! Dr. Song was just as amazing! Explained my condition to where I could understand. I will def be back in 6 mos as suggested!! Thank you all!

I was there Friday 13th. The short Hispanic girl at check out was very rude she was wearing pink scrubs. This is the 3rd time I go there for my eye check up. This was the worst visit ever. I used to get contacts samples for 2 weeks. I got 4 days on Friday I asked for more and they said NO. I will be looking for another doctor. I was so happy there someone that worked there referred me. But I will have to switch doctors. No one told me I had to see 2 doctors on that day until I got there. no communication with patients.

Dr. Rachel Song and her staff are the best! I have been looking for a board certified ophthalmologist for a while, and most require you to see their PA (Physician Assistant) first. I understand why PAs are growing in popularity, but 2 years of training vs. 8 years for most doctors just doesn't compare. I finally found Dr. Song after asking around, and I was so happy with her care that I have already recommended her to several friends and family. My husband has his appointment coming up in a few weeks. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She is great about explaining everything, takes her time, and more importantly, she is clearly very knowledgeable. Her office ran on time, and they were wonderful about calling in advance to make sure I had my paperwork filled out before my first visit. I would definitely go to Dr. Song for all of my eyecare needs and highly recommend her.

did not tell me when i made appt, it is 4 hours for basic annual exam. also, these money grubbers charge three fees to medicare patients - billing medicare and charging standard copay, charging patient a separate fee for refraction if done with the medicare exam. more if separate. AND - 50 annual fee just because they can. but understandable, they have brand new offices, with walls plastered with kirby pr and spiffy furniture to pay for. front desk girls amateurish. no way to reply to kirby response. kirby: you cannot possibly think i would put my full name ON GOOGLE ?!? clueless AND arrogant. instead of paying for immediate social media marketing, try treating patients with respect. perfect example of healthcare costs gone wild.
