Been here (Apoteket Hjärtat at Jan Stenbecks Torg) tons of times because I suffer from chronic pain and been on sick leave for over 3 years. This pharmacy never disappoints me because every time I'm there buying my prescriptions they always do that little extra to make sure you know how to take your medications and what is important to remember with that specific drug. Even if they know they've said them to me a few times before . Today I was there again buying my meds per use and got informed that the Paracetamol (Alvedon) 665 won't be possibly to buy anymore from the 1st of May in the whole Europe because of complications of handling it's overdose of modified release. Thank you for letting me know and for always giving a friendly and helpful service !

Una farmacia all'interno del centro commerciale, fornita di tanti prodotti che possono essere utili per i turisti. Il personale, come sempre, parla anche inglese ed è riservato e attento. Si parla sottovoce, si fa la fila e si chiede il necessario. In inverno consiglio di prendere creme per le labbra nordiche, perché le nostre sono insufficienti quando c'è il vento.

Helt otroligt! Blev nekad service i kassan ikväll 27/10 ca 19.20 av manlig expedit för att jag slängde fram körkortet istället för att ge det försiktigt. Så himla unikt kan det väl inte vara att vara lite stressad/otålig?

Värdelös service, flera ur personalen har dålig koll och är fruktansvärt otrevliga. Försöker förklara bort misstag genom att skuldbelägga kunden.
