Would give 0 if possible. Worst customer service when it comes to terminate their subscription based \kontantkort\ where they promised no binding time. I called in to terminate my subscription, first the guy tried to talk me out of termination for about 20 minutes. I started to get irritated by this point and he seemed to realise that, asked me if I wanted to continue my number at another operator, which I said I havent decided yet. Took my information and then everything seemed done, I hung up. After two months I got a receipt for December and January where I was not using their services anymore. I contacted them and I was told my contract would end when my number is transferred to another operator...I did not confirm I would. Now they ask me to pay and call in again for another 30 minutes of wasted time? If I get another bill for February I might take legal measures. Use their services at your own risk

Do not pay scammers, with Fastpris Combo for 345 kr. You will be baited and then you will not even be able to send sms abroad. Let the pigs starve to death, they deserve nothing else.

Impossible to cancel a mobile subscription. After cancelling still getting bills I have no idea how they are running the company. I am scared I will be still getting bills from them. Kind of a nightmare.
