This place is just plain bad. Arrived on a Wednesday at 11:30, 4 other tables were seated. We were 4 people. Ordered 3 steaks and a burger. It took the kitchen 30 minutes to serve us overcooked beef and a completely dry burger. None of the wait staff asked us how the food tasted, probably since they already know the quality of food they serve here. Avoid this place, the nearby food court has a ton of better, faster options.
Unfortunately only one star. This is because waiting time. There was not more than 6, maybe 8 people in the premise when we came. At first we had to wait around ten minutes for somebody to approach us, even though we asked for a menu card at the cash desk. She said she would come. And it took 10 minutes when someone finally appeared, so we made the order immediately hoping that would shorten the time when we start eating. But we were wrong. It took next 25 minutes and no one showed any interest of us. It was 10 minutes after when our lunch break came to an end. We just couldn't wait any longer and had to get back to work, so we just left the premise. At that point we were already late. We came hungry, and left even more hungry, but also a little bit pissed, because had to eat candy bars from vending machine instead of good meal. I was more than pleased of Jensens Bøfhus in Malmö and 5 stars to them, even though it was full of people when I ate there. But Kista gets ONE.
The food is nice but it some times takes a long time to get it. Also they've given me the wrong food more times than they got it right.
Ribs taste good. Lunch steak is farely cheap. The service is nice, but really slow.
Lunch time all you can eat food is worth the money.
Good meat for the price but sometimes it takes a long time to get it. Also few staff serving with also slows things, specially during lunch.
The service was quick and friendly, the kitchen took some time, but the food was fine, so I would recommend the place.
